**Role Description**

This is a contract role for a Customer Service Representative in the banking industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. This role is on-site and located in WP. Kuala Lumpur.
- Designation : Customer Service Representative - English Speaker (Banking Industry)
- Working Days: Monday - Sunday; rotational 5 days a week
- Working Hours : Rotational shift. 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (8 hours working shift + 1 hour break)
- Location : Menara UOB, UOB Plaza Jalan Raja Laut, and Menara Citibank Jalan Ampang
- Salary Package : RM 2,600 - RM 3,000 (basic)

**Responsibility**:

- Assist with providing solutions to inbound customer inquiries through effective problem solving and decision making
- Assist immediate manager with team motivation and performance monitoring
- Mentor associates to improve individual performance
- Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets under little to no direct supervision
- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

**Requirement**:

- Good communication skills in English
- SPM holder : Credit in both Maths & English, minimum 2 years full time contact center working experience
- Diploma holder : Fresh or full time working experience in contact center
- Bachelor’s degree : No experience needed but preferred
- Fresh graduates from bachelor's degree or diploma are strongly welcomed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
