Job Description: - Leading the HR function and provide a full scope of Human Resources activities, including, payroll, manpower planning & recruitment, compensation & benefit, employee relations, performance management, training & development. - Ensure the implementation of HR policy, rules and regulations and monitor compliance. - To manage and ensure payroll processing, pay day and statutory payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS etc.) as per requirement. - Liaising with related government bodies pertaining to HR-related issued - To manage the staff compensation, benefit and welfare which included leave management, claim, medical, insurance and others. - Handling staff grievance, disciplines and misconduct issues - New staff orientation training - Provide administrative support to the company - Any other tasks as assigned by the superior
