**Operational Excellence**:

- Ensuring the day-to-day order management activities are executed flawlessly and timely. (Returns, Replacement, Penalty Payments)
- Collects data and prepares routine reports for management review.
- Work with 4PL to ensure service and order deliveries to customers on time and collaborate on specific projects or initiatives to support business growth or process improvements.
- To support PAP and PTA deliverables from Supply Chain Deliver’s end.
- Leads on Weekly Operations Review Meetings, Customs Brokerage Meetings and 4PL Business Review Meetings.

**Audit Preparation and Readiness**:

- Supports in audit documentation preparation and supporting documents.
- To support in audits by being the audit scribe/backroom support.

**Project Management**:

- Supports initiatives and project implementations by providing ideas, suggestions, data collection, executing deliverables.
- To not only be in the task force of projects, but also co-lead in project management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau).

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proactive, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
