**Job Summary**:
The Quality Assurance and Compliance Executive will assist the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance in ensuring that all non-academic functions at Limkokwing University align with the regulatory standards of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Ministry of Higher Education (JPT). This role involves close collaboration with faculty staff to resolve system-related issues, provide advisory support on regulatory compliance—including MQA, JPT, SETARA, and ISO standards—and ensure that all processes and documentation meet the required benchmarks. The Executive will report directly to the Director and work across departments to uphold institutional compliance and quality assurance objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical and administrative support to faculty staff in addressing system-related issues concerning quality assurance and compliance.
- Advise faculty on regulatory expectations and directions in accordance with MQA, JPT, SETARA, and ISO standards, ensuring full institutional compliance.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to non-academic compliance, including policies, procedures, audit reports, and accreditation records.
- Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of required reports to MQA and JPT for non-academic functions.
- Ensure that all documentation and reporting comply with MQA and JPT requirements.
- Assist in developing and updating quality assurance and compliance policies and procedures related to non-academic areas.
- Support the Director with various tasks related to institutional quality and regulatory compliance as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality assurance or compliance, preferably with experience working directly with MQA and JPT.
- Strong understanding of non-academic regulatory frameworks set by MQA and JPT.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across academic and administrative units.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position (44 hours per week).
- Occasional after-hours work may be required to meet project deadlines or regulatory obligations.
- Primarily office-based, with occasional visits to faculties for compliance reviews and support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:
