**Primary Objective**:
To assist Section Head in monitoring, review and implementation of Group Retail Credit Risk Analytics for the RHB Bank and Group

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To assist in review and monitoring of the implementation of risk recommendations arising from the MIS analytics and new / changes of lending/financing guidelines
- To assist in undertaking credit risk reviews, to develop early warning indicators, to identify the higher / emerging risk segments and to mitigate credit risk exposure relating to loan acquisition and portfolio management activities
- To assist in MIS enhancement, including well organized data warehouse, strong MIS skillsets and reporting automation tools to ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting and analytics
- To actively co-ordinate with Business, Credit Underwriting, Collections and regional offices to review the portfolio health and to propose necessary remedial actions via monthly discussion forum
- To work closely with Policy Team to keep abreast of the latest changes of the lending/financing guidelines and to consistently review the effectiveness of the policy implementation
- To always initiate discussion with Policy Team to establish appropriate limit frameworks benchmarking against internal historical conduct, competitor and industry performance
- To consistently complete the business initiatives, risk reporting and analytics within the standard SLA for cross functional departments / senior management and to provide prompt response to the regulators
- To ensure compliance of the regulatory requirements in order to safeguard the bank’s reputation and interest
- To provide necessary guidance and to discuss about the career development plan with the direct reports as part of the staff retention initiatives
- To assist the immediate superior in any task delegated / task assigned when required
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
5-7 years in retail risk management or credit risk analytic

I. Able to manage stakeholder expectation with strong negotiation skill
II. Numeric sensitive and above to provide meaningful insights under mínimal supervision
III. Possess logical and analytical thinking in any task assigned
IV. Possess good communication & negotiation skills
V. Independent under mínimal supervision
