We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our esteemed Female Director within our medical services department. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader in a fast-paced and impactful healthcare environment.

**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Attend to all aspects of PA / EA and corporate work assigned by superior.
- Schedule and organize appointments for Director / Managers/ Customers
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive document
- Liaison with Department Heads and coordinate office activities
- Arranged job of priority and accomplish urgent matters within tight deadlines
- Willing to multitask and accept any other related duties assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in written and capable to correspond in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- SPM/STPM or Fresh graduates without experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and typing skills
- Well verse in medical terms and healthcare services
- Good PR skills and a able to communicate well
- Able to work in fast pace environment.
- Possess a car and willing to travel for out of office meetings and job assignments
- Willing to work overtime and weekends if necessary

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
