**What's the Job?**

**Product Ownership**
- Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
- Clearly identify and describe product backlog items in order to build a shared understanding of the problem and solution with the product development team
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Regular communicate the product vision and road-map to the team
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work with the Product Manager and development teams to make decisions regarding the priority of product backlog items in order to deliver maximum outcome with minimum output according to business value or ROI
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities/products
- Proactively mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
- Determine whether a product backlog item was satisfactorily delivered, ensure where items are not delivered satisfactorily that root cause analysis is conducted to improve the process, Ensure transparency into the upcoming work of the product development team

**Promote Continuous Improvement**
- Research and analyze the Vontier International markets, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Follow our competitors and the industry
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Collaborating with product managers and other product owners within Invenco by GVR to ensure that best practice solutions are followed

Learning and refining your products whole value stream

**Stakeholder Management**
- Observing, learning about and analyzing the market
- Observing, learning about, contacting and analyzing customers and end users of the product
- Keeping in touch with every stakeholder of the product regularly
- Report to management and stakeholders (e.g. release burndown)
- Sharing insights throughout the company regarding the product (updates, confluence, teams etc)

**All you need is**:

- 5+ years relevant experience in a similar or transferrable role
- Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to detail
- No restrictions to travel
