**Requirement**:
1) Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma and/ or Professional Degree in social science or equivalent experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role

2) Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

3) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts.Proficient in both written and spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa

4) Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.

5) Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Job Descriptions**:
1) Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Process Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate

2) Managing Director’s diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, keep the minutes, and assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary

4) Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing.

5) Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

6) Maintain records of Director’s contacts. Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.

7) Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence (if any)

8) Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
