**Job Function**
To support and assist the COO to manage the daily administrative in the company and assist the HR department to handle the recruitment processes.

Job Scope
1. To manage the entire company general admin task and report to COO.
2. Handle HR task on recruitment and interview arrangement.
3. Support on special assignments or task from time to time assigned by COO.
**FOC: Mentoring and Coaching Program provided value RM 10,000.**

Job Requirements
1. Diploma in related studies or related field preferred.
2. Min 1-2 years of experience in office administration or similar role
3. Fresh graduate who is Chinese speaking and willing to learn are welcome
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Highly organized and able to multitask effectively in fast paced environment
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
8. Posses own transport
9. Applicant must able to write and speak in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM1,948.52 - RM10,837.71 per month
