Indoor Sales Support

**Key Activities / Accountabilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle communications with clients, both verbally and in writing, to provide timely and accurate information.
- Coordinate with different divisions to obtain quotations and create proposals for the sales team.
- Manage and update customer accounts and records in the system.
- Track and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any logístical issues.
- Assist in the preparation of One of Quote (OOQ) and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and processes to better assist customers.
**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- Previous experience in customer service or indoor support, preferably in a forwarding company or logistics environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to gather information and create proposals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of special services and processes related to forwarding and logistics is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage customer accounts and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
**Working Location**
FMX (M) Sdn Bhd, located at Sek 32, Shah Alam, or UOA Business Park (near LRT Subang Jaya), depending on qualifications.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
