Act as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Provide functional and project support across all business modules, ensuring solutions align with operational and strategic goals.
- Lead or support system configuration, customization, and integration activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system-related issues, providing effective solutions to maintain smooth business operations.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development within Dynamics 365 to improve decision-making and business visibility.
- Participate in system testing (UAT/SIT), validation, and documentation to ensure compliance and solution quality.
- Conduct user training and workshops to promote system adoption and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to process optimization and digital transformation projects, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through system capabilities.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience providing functional or technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP).**:

- **Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and MS SQL Server.**:

- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV, ERP, or CRM solutions is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic exposure or internship experience in MD365 systems are encouraged to apply.
