The F&B Service Crew will report to the Restaurant Manager and forms part of the F&B team who collectively deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for individuals who have a good knowledge of food & beverage, a team player and enjoys to wow guests with outstanding service and hospitality.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Attending to guests upon entrance to the restaurant.
- Presenting menus, serving and helping customers select food/beverages.
- A team player and be able to effectively communicate with the Kitchen team to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
- Issue bills and accept payment.
- Clean all tables after guests have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of guests.
- Any ad-hoc task assigns by Restaurant Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Able to work shifts, on weekends and Public Holiday
- **Willing to handle alcoholic beverages.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
