**Responsibilities**:

- **Your role will include, but is not limited to, the following duties, along with any other related functions that may be assigned by the Company from time to time**:_

1. Ensure warehouse personnel adhere to the allocation of materials based on the agreed floor plan. Ensure all physical movements of goods, including incoming and outgoing transactions, as well as transfers between warehouses (WH, MP1, MP2, Beranang, GFL, and PG), are updated in the system within 24 hours.

2. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, shipment status follow-ups, on-time delivery data recording, and monitoring warehouse productivity.

3. Ensure that incoming goods are approved and stored in the designated warehouse location within 24 hours, or on the same day if necessary.

4. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, ensure stock cards are updated promptly after each movement, and manage safety stock levels effectively.

5. Monitor and implement schedules for incoming and outgoing shipments. Cross-check physical items against supplier delivery orders or shipping checklists to prevent discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.

6. Ensure all warehouse documents (Packing List, Supplier Delivery Orders, Transfer Orders, and Customer Delivery Orders) are accurately maintained and updated according to standard operating procedures.

7. Ensure that the actual weight of recycled waste recorded in the MayAir system matches the actual weight.

8. Ensure that all records and invoices related to Roro bin are checked and submitted to the Finance department on time.

9. Ensure stock replenishment is updated daily for 15 items and send a request to Purchasing for restocking if necessary.

10. Verify the tally sheet against the packing list and record items for collection purposes.

11. Update incoming goods and monitor stock movements at the external warehouse (GFL) in Excel for collection purposes.

12. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Posses own transport and willing to travel when require.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

3. Experience with SAP systems will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
