**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy that provides key stakeholders with information about the company's performance and growth trajectory.
- Coordinating communication strategies and ensuring accurate dissemination of financial information to the investment community.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual earnings calls, presentations, and other materials for investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders to ensure the company’s story is effectively conveyed.
- Monitor and evaluate investor sentiment and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Respond to investor inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and management teams to ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Plan and organize investor events, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
- Prepare and maintain investor relations materials, including annual reports, fact sheets, and newsletters.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, financial communication, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, investment strategies, and capital markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to interact and build relationships with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in using financial modeling and analytical tools.
- Attention to detail and an understanding of regulatory compliance regarding financial reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
