**Job Summary**:
The Technical Assistant, Planning, supports the planning team in executing project tasks, coordinating schedules, and managing documentation for effective project implementation. This role is essential in assisting planners with day-to-day project administration, data analysis, and ensuring project milestones are tracked and achieved within the desired timeframe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, organize, and analyze project data to support planning decisions, ensuring all relevant data is accurate and accessible.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and deadlines. Help monitor project progress and highlight any deviations from the plan.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, records, and reports. Ensure proper filing, organization, and retrieval of all planning documents.
- Support effective communication between departments to streamline project workflows. Schedule and coordinate meetings, compile meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Provide general administrative support to the planning team, including document preparation, report generation, and handling correspondence.
- Compliance and Standards: Adhere to company and regulatory standards in all planning activities, ensuring that all planning activities comply with established guidelines and policies.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Planning / Engineering
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a planning or administrative role within engineering, construction, or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and maintain documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in managing data and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting planning activities and contributing to a positive work environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
