**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensures consistency, standardization, and compliance when managing and troubleshooting IT issues
- Maintain IT assets, hardware, software and other systems as part of BAU duties
- Documenting and updating organization IT infrastructure, systems, software, and processes
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new or improved systems and processes
- Conduct research and introduce new technologies or solutions that could benefit the organization (Generative AI, Automation, Robotics and etc).

**Requirements**:

- 6 months internship duration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Thrive on collaboration with people of all background & disciplines
- Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate in the usage of Microsoft product (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Automate), Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), UiPath (RPA), Programming or Database (SQL) is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
