- Join Us**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responses to client and insurance underwriter due diligence requests
- Up to date knowledge of regulatory developments in key markets: EU, UK, AU, and North America; (In partnership with the Human Capital function) monitor enforcement of compliance regulations and contractual obligations
- Updated and disseminated range of compliance manuals and processes including Company Policies, Onboarding and Offboarding procedures, Supplier and Vendor management
- Annual staff training in technology risk awareness and Company Policies and reporting on completion; Annual internal audit process and implementation of goals and findings
- Develop risk identification, management, and reporting frameworks and protocols; Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards
- Advise senior management in relation to compliance issues that arise and strategies to mitigate risk
- Draft new Policies and Processes; Review marketing materials for compliance with legal requiremen

**Competencies, Qualifications & Experience**:

- Relevant regulatory experience (CIPP/E or CIPM (preferred)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (or jurisdictional equivalent) in business management or administration with 5+ years’ experience in the regulatory compliance field
- A good understanding of internal operations risk management and controls. Having the hand-on experience in performing enterprise-wide risk assessment, internal control reviews and managing regulatory inspections would be an advantage
- Are articulate and meticulous with an analytical and intuitively inquisitive mind-set; Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, delivering high quality and timely responses to clients
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience
