DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
ᵒ Responsible to all matters connected with Cost Control.

ᵒ To supervise receiving of all materials, merchandise and all Food & Beverage, Miscellaneous items.

ᵒ Prepare and computation of F&B Cost.

ᵒ To keep proper record of itmes directly issued to outlets / departments.

ᵒ Supervise movement of store items and to ensure the quality of the items to be received at the Receiving Area.

ᵒ Set par level for all store items and ensure all store items has the desire par level which is sufficient for the hotel daily operation.

ᵒ To make inventory reports, variance report, cost's report, reconciliation of Food & Beverage statements, F&B cover report etc.

ᵒ To do revision of recipe cost and preparation of new recipe as assigned by th Food & Beverage Department from time to time.

ᵒ To be actively involved in the fixing of the menu price taking into account the cost of commodities available.

ᵒ Pre-cost all restaurants and banquet menus.

ᵒ To highlight discrepencies to the Financial Conroller, responsible for staff development and training, and to perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate supervisor.

ᵒ Supervise the Receiving Cum Store Assistant in performing the receiving function, and the porters in performing the delivery if direct issue food items to the kitchens.

ᵒ To do spot check to ensure that goods received are in accordance with the purchase specifications. Goods ordered are to be supported by Purchase Orders.

ᵒ Ensure that all invoices or delivery orders of goods received are properly stamped and Good Received Notes are key in correctly before forwarded to the Accounts Payable Section for verification purposes.

ᵒ Ensure that all rejected goods, container, empty bottles and cases leaving the Hotel are properly documented and accounted for.

ᵒ To do the monthly food & beverage inventories, Linen, Engineering Store inventories and the half yearly operating equipment's invetories.

ᵒ To do daily verify Food & Beverage Market List ordering to ensure & control the food cost.

ᵒ Perform other duties as assign by Financial Controller from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
