- Sedia bekerja **sepenuh masa dan ikut jadual shift (termasuk hujung minggu/cuti umum)**

**SKOP KERJA**

**1. Pantau Prestasi Jualan Harian**
- Rekod & analisis jumlah jualan harian, kenal pasti produk paling laris & yang kurang bergerak.
- Lapor terus kepada HQ/Branch Manager.

**2. Capai Sasaran Jualan Bulanan**
- Pastikan strategi promosi & upselling dipraktikkan.
- Motivasikan staf sales untuk capai KPI outlet.

**3. Jadual & Kehadiran Staf**
- Susun jadual kerja staf jualan
- Pastikan cukup manpower terutama waktu puncak.

**4. Pantau Standard Operasi (SOP)**
- Pastikan staf ikut SOP GS Bakery dari segi layan pelanggan, handling produk, dan kebersihan.

**5. Kawalan Stok & Inventori**
- Semak baki stok harian.
- Buat permintaan restock kepada HQ bila perlu.

**6. Latihan & Bimbingan Staf**
- Beri tunjuk ajar pada staf baru.
- Pantau disiplin & attitude staf sedia ada.

**7 Pengurusan Aduan & Layanan Pelanggan**
- Tindakan segera jika ada komplen pelanggan.
- Pastikan pengalaman pelanggan selesa & mesra

**8. Pemeriksaan Kebersihan & Keselamatan**
- Outlet dan dapur sentiasa bersih, ikut piawaian Halal & audit HQ.
- Pastikan keselamatan (contoh: alatan elektrik, chiller/freezer) dijaga.

**9. Laporan Operasi Harian & Mingguan**
- Sediakan laporan jualan, isu staf
- Hantar kepada HQ/Branch Manager untuk tindakan lanjut.
