- Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries on products and services.
- Ensure stocks and merchandise displays are proper and sufficient throughout the day.
- Providing the appropriate service standards and build good rapport with customers.
- Assisting in all aspects in retail store and follow Company’s policies and regulations.
- Reporting to Department Executive of (Children & Toys Department)
**Requirements**:
- Must Malaysian citizen & Age 18 and above.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Central Plaza i-City, Shah Alam
- Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- No working experience needed as training will be provided.
- Able to work on retail hours, weekends & public holidays.
- Must be discipline and committed.
- Willing to support Cash Management as Cashier when needed.
