**JOB SPECIFICATION**:

- Assist in payroll operation and employee movement which includes monitoring of employee confirmation and contract status.
- Administer compensations & benefits documentation for payment processes and any renewal when required.
- Maintain and keep track of recruitment tracker, as well as employee in and out movement.
- Supporting onboarding process for new hires, documentation, orientation, and training arrangement.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior and/or the management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess bachelor's degree in human resources management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience related in payroll.
- Experience in construction industry would be advantages.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees.
- Excellent quality of integrity in compliance with laws and regulations, fairness and ensure personal information are kept confidential.
- Possess knowledge of HR technical skills which includes Employment Act 1955 and other HR Matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
