To perform reception functions, cashiering function, guest services function and reporting functions to ensure smooth operation of the Front Desk to meet and exceed guests expectation in accordance to the policies and standard operating procedures set by management.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Report for work punctually in a proper and neat attire complete with name tag.
- Read log book and initial at the beginning of every shift.
- Attend daily briefing before start of shift.
- Perform reception functions.
- Assist guest in opening/handling of safe boxes.
- Perform cashiers functions.
- Attend to all guest enquires, request and complaints.
- Perform reservation functions as and when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Handling of Foreign Exchange.
- Ensure all shift closing are balance.
- To report to superiors of all guest complaints.
