**Bartender Kiosk**

Location: Masjid Negara KL

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to lead our bar operations and deliver outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for crafting mocktails, managing Kiosk inventory, and ensuring a smooth and profitable operation of the Kiosk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve mocktails beverages according to standard recipes.
- Training will provided mocktails techniques, service standards, and customer interaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage kiosk inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels.
- Recommend and implement new Mocktail recipes or drink promotions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area.
- Collaborate with management for kiosk menu development and pricing, feed back from customers.
- Monitor and minimize wastage and breakage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a bartender; minimum 2-3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of any mocktails preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility to days work, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory software).
- Certification in food safety or bartending is a plus.
- Typhoid injection

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
