**Summary**
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology vision, strategy, and execution for our iGaming platform. This executive-level role is responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and innovative gaming solutions that deliver superior user experiences. The CTO plays a pivotal role in aligning technology initiatives with business goals in a highly regulated and fast-paced industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set the technical direction and lead the development of the company’s technology strategy.
- Define and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with product and business goals.
- Champion innovation by identifying and integrating emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Make key architectural decisions for gaming platforms, backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Identify and implement improvements in web and mobile services to enhance performance and user experience.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the technical team to foster a high-performance engineering culture.
- Understand and prioritize the needs of end-users to guide development decisions.
- Establish and maintain performance tracking, monitoring, and profiling processes.
- Ensure IT infrastructure and networks remain stable, secure, and scalable.
- Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements for increased efficiency and sustainability.
- Recommend technical solutions that support the company’s long-term growth.
- Ensure the company’s technology is used securely, profitably, and efficiently across departments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, ideally in iGaming or fintech.
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams while working independently.
- Strong hands-on experience with **PHP** and the **Laravel** framework.
- Solid understanding of **database design** and technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Proficient in **API development** and integration using RESTful standards.
- Familiar with key **transport protocols** such as HTTP, HTTPS, and WebSockets.
- Experience with **Google Cloud Platform** and **Kubernetes orchestration**.
- Competent in front-end technologies like **HTML5**, **JavaScript**, and **Vue.js**.
- Comfortable with **Git** for version control and collaborative development.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical abilities.
- Effective project management and decision-making skills.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM23,000.00 per month
