**Job Summary**

Manage the overall warehouse operations for greater efficiency, in accordance with the company policies and regulations.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
1. 1. Manage the warehouse trading and manufacturing operations to ensure smooth daily operations and in accordance with company policies, system and related regulations.

2. Analyse warehouse operation data to identify the opportunities to improve efficiency, optimization, and cost reduction.

3. To maintain stock accuracy in both system and physical control.

4. Ensure warehouse storage facilities, equipment, tools are in working good condition and well maintained.

5. To monitor and report warehouse performance metric.

6. Implement and maintain high standards of safety procedures, housekeeping practices in warehouse operations.

7. Implement contingency plans to address the issue of emergencies related to cold storage facilities and vehicles.

8. Coach, support, develop and motivate team to maintain high morale, uplift results and performance.

9. Establish professional and harmonious working relationships with both internal and external stake holders.

10. Establish procedures and records to facilitate operation and historical tracking of warehouse and operations with respect to related policies and sustainability.

11. Develop and continuously improve performance of warehouse and team in area of safety, quality, cost and operation efficiency.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
