Agency Director

**The Role**:

- Assist Regional Agency Director in business development to achieve branch production and new agent recruitment goals.
- Work closely with the designated GMs and all USMs to increase ANP production, ILP production, productivity and recruitment.
- Assist Regional Agency Director in organising sales & development activities such as seminars & business review.
- Monitoring the performance of agency force through effective communication and reports.
- Assist Regional Agency Director to prepare timely performance reports for agencies.
- Assist and resolve problem face by field force with various departments.
- AOM inspections
- Any other assignments given by Regional Agency Director and management.

**The Person**:

- Degree in Finance or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding on the criteria of being a successful agent, CA, USM and GSM.
