**Job Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of tenancy and rental agreements, building operations and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements. The role ensures optimal occupancy, tenant satisfaction, efficient property management, and full regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tenancy & Rental Management**
- Manage lease agreements from negotiation through renewal or termination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenancy records.
- Ensure timely collection of rent and service charges.
- Handle tenant onboarding and exit procedures.
- Address tenant complaints and resolve disputes professionally.
- Conduct periodic tenant satisfaction surveys and implement improvements.

**Building Management**
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of residential and/or commercial properties.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all common areas and facilities.
- Schedule and supervise regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) for optimal performance.

**License & Compliance Management**
- Ensure that all properties comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Obtain, renew, and maintain all necessary licenses and permits (e.g., business licenses, fire safety, health, etc.).
- Coordinate with legal teams or compliance officers as needed.
- Keep records of all compliance and licensing documents.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.

**Financial & Reporting**
- Assist in preparing budgets for property operations and capital improvements.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective property management.
- Generate reports on rental income, occupancy rates, maintenance expenses, and compliance status.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce operational costs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management or facilities administration.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of lease agreements, tenancy laws, and licensing requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple properties and work in a fast-paced environment.
