**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate product listing activities with the Material Control or Merchandising Department.
- Upload products to various platforms using the company ERP systems and Marketplace Seller Centres.
- Prepare product names and descriptions in alignment with brand and platform guidelines.
- Support the sales and marketing team by completing product description pages, including lifestyle images, videos, measurements, and unique selling points (USPs).
- Organize photography and video shoots with the marketing department, ensuring merchandise is secure, well-handled, and in good condition for shoots.
- Facilitate new product launches across all sales channels.
- Troubleshoot issues related to product listings.
- Maintain a product listing tracker to monitor and report 'listed vs unlisted stocks' across platforms.
- Assist with inventory and stock count activities to ensure alignment with budgetary requirements.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as directed by management.

**Job Requirements**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas like V-lookup).
- Experience managing SKU-level complexities, including parent and child SKUs with multi-level variations (e.g., size, color, weight).
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks (e.g., identifying spelling errors).
- Analytical thinking and a basic understanding of sales, marketing, and e-commerce.
- Knowledge of SEO is an added advantage.
- Preferred qualifications: STPM, Foundation, Asasi, or Diploma.
- Self-motivated team player with strong leadership, integrity, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Honest, hardworking, and willing to share responsibilities.
