**About the job**:
Your role as the Production Planner is to ensure the company's production process is run smoothly and efficiently. You should be able to display great organisation and communication skills with the ability to adapt to different scenarios. Your key responsibilities are as follows:
**A. Planning and scheduling**
- Develop and maintain production schedules that align with delivery dates, customer orders and inventory levels
- Estimate the needs for equipment, raw materials and manpower
- Allocate resources according to the work required
- Monitor inventory to prevent disruption in production process

**B. Technical proficiency**
- Well versed with the production process involving IC chips extraction
- Able to operate machineries and equipments independently
- Possess analytical abilities in handling day-to-day production operations of the company

**C. Supervising**
- Overlook the production process and ensure that all stations are operating at optimum level
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during production including but not limited to machinery malfunctions
- Prepare status and performance report to the upper management and provide effective solutions to improve efficiency if required

**D. Communication**
- Able to communicate directly with clients to ensure productions meet the needs of the clients
- Lias with procurement department to maintain sufficient inventory for production

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in Electrical & Electronic engineering or related field
- Able to converse in English, Malay and Chinese
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite etc)
- Experience in SAP system is an added advantage

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
