**Job description**
- Well familiar with project drawings & technical documents, organize and analyze existing problems and take timely measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
- Responsible for the preparation of project planning and overall project implementation plan, technical and economic analysis and optimization of the construction plan.
- Responsible for the preparation of various special plans, technical documents, construction measures, etc.., and responsible for technical explanations of key and difficult task of the project.
- Understanding written and verbal project briefs, and working alongside team members to develop plans, work schedules, and targets.
- Analysing operations and providing cost-effective suggestions for improvement.
- Updating work schedules and adjusting targets as required.
- Addressing performance issues and scheduling meetings when required.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field.
- Writing up reports and presenting findings to the relevant parties.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
- Minimum working experience: 5 years and above of technical work experience, including at least one (1) participation to independently preside over project technical work.
- Preferred 1 super high-rise project construction experience and hold a major position.
- Able to communicate & coordinate effectively with client, consultants, construction team and sub-contractors.
- Knowledge of construction procedures and contracts.
- Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft office, Microsoft project and other software operation.
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Good writing and communication skills in Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Equipped with solid theoretical knowledge on construction engineering and proficient with the characteristics of super high-rise buildings and related construction processes.
- Have a certain understanding of relevant professional knowledge in architectural works, mechanical & electrical works, water supply and drainage work.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Technical project management: 8 years (preferred)
- Project engineering: 8 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
