**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on **Finance & Operations Manager** to lead financial strategy and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in Ready-To-Drink (RTD) or Ready-To-Eat (RTE) industries, capable of managing end-to-end production planning, cost control, budgeting, and compliance to support business growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations Management**
- Oversee production schedules to meet volume, quality, and delivery goals.
- Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and sales teams to align supply and demand.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, including material and packaging flows.
- Ensure product quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Enhance SOPs and implement best practices in quality control.
- Monitor and optimize operational costs, improve production efficiency, and reduce unit costs.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor the operations team (excluding sales), define KPIs, and oversee performance reviews.

**Finance & Accounting**
- Lead budgeting across operations, marketing, and sales; monitor performance against budgets.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Maintain strong cash flow and working capital management.
- Analyze costs and conduct profitability assessments by SKU/product line.
- Ensure accurate statutory filings (Corporate Tax, SST/GST, etc.) and audit readiness.
- Recommend and implement suitable accounting or ERP systems to improve processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in RTD or RTE industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, cost control, and budgeting.
- Proficient in financial reporting, taxation, and ERP/accounting systems.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
