Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven **Inside Sales Representative** to support our business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals. This role involves a mix of outbound outreach, inbound lead management, customer engagement, and sales administration—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Lead Generation & Prospecting**
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify potential leads.
- Research prospective clients and key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Clearly communicate and demonstrate the value of our products and services.
**2. Customer Engagement**
- Understand prospects’ business needs, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
**3. Sales Administration**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and sales activities in CRM software.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor sales progress, provide forecasts, and report performance metrics to the sales team.
**4. Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and share insights.
- Coordinate with customer service and technical teams to ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
**5. Target Achievement**
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and product updates.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in Sales/Telesales is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in both **English and Mandarin** (spoken and written) to liaise with clients from China and Taiwan.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms; relevant certifications are an advantage.
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
