**Responsibilities**:

- Work in Jewel Cafe branch in AEON Mall Ipoh Station 18.
- Attend customers and provide good customer service.
- Actively attending calls and sharing the business concept with the customers.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate services to the customers that come to sell their items.
- Good team spirits and work together with partners to achieve better results.
- Perform well in the daily routine tasks (shop opening and closing).

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree holder in any field of study or any working experience.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Able to work in shift rotation including weekends and Public Holiday.
- Good with computer and knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to understand and learn the skills of appraisal & negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for gold, branded items, and luxury watches.
- Self-discipline and punctuality are important.
- Customer serviced oriented, team player, initiative, positive-minded & respectful of others.
- Possess own transport.
