**_The Position: _**

We are looking to hire a highly organized Administrative Team Lead to perform all administrative and clerical duties necessary for effective office management. The Administrative Team Lead’s responsibilities include welcoming visitors and clients, overseeing the activities of office cleaning staff and maintenance vendors, as well as typing and proofreading various company documents.

To be successful as an Administrative Team Lead, you should display good phone etiquette and a thorough understanding of office management procedures. Ultimately, a top-performing administrative officer should be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to complete all duties in a timely manner.

**_Responsibilities: _**

Primary responsibilities include:

- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

**_Qualifications: _**
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related field.
- Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
