We are a dynamic and fast-paced EduTech startup that specialises in STEAM programs for 7-17 years old students and we are currently looking for an experienced and highly organised Program Management to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and management of various programs, events, and initiatives across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has exceptional leadership abilities, and is passionate about driving team success.

**Job Overview**

As a Program Management, you will be responsible to lead and oversee our programs, ensuring smooth operations, effective training, and team collaboration. If you are passionate about managing people, creating impactful programs, and organising events. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional teaching skills, and a passion for managing the team.

**We will provide you training**

Key Responsibilities:
1) Oversee the development, implementation, and management of multiple STEAM programs and events, create and launch new programs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

2) Train interns, current staff, and new hires on essential skills.

3) Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

4) Manage and update ongoing programs.

5) Plan and coordinate calendars for team members and program events.

6) Manage program calendars, scheduling meetings, milestones, and key deadlines.

7) Monitor program performance using key metrics and make recommendations for improvements.

8) Ensure documentation is up to date and program information is readily accessible to team members.

9) Foster strong relationships with partners, parents and guardians to support student success.

10) Engage with the community to promote educational programs and build partnerships.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Program Management, Events, Education, IT, Computer Science or a related field
- 1 or 2+ years of experience in program management or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Willing to travel.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
