**Application Manager - Job Responsibilities**:

- Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees + developing personal growth opportunities.
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Recommends strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
- Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Globalization strategy planning.
- Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Lead & manage risk Management, standardization, and change requests.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Helping to enhance department/team and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
