**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Window Blinds & Shades Installation**
- Installation of motorized blinds, addressing challenging site conditions, and developing effective solutions.
- Welding hollow steel to create robust supports.
- Checking the work post-installation to ensure assembly completion as per drawing, defect-free, and a clean work area.

**2. Team Lead & Arrangement**
- Coordinating with installers to ensure the successful execution of installation jobs.
- Leading & managing installer schedules, planning, and assigning installation jobs.
- Preparing monthly installation reports and manually recording received jobs.

**3. Motorized Wiring Jobs**
- Executing wiring tasks proficiently, particularly from the Distribution Board (DB) to the location of the shade.
- Adhering to industry standards for wiring and electrical installations.

**4. Blinds & Shades Measurements**
- Recording measurements of windows/doors at customer sites accurately for production to fabricate blinds and shades.
- Keeping salespersons updated about the customer's installation requirements and site conditions.

**5. Training and Product Improvement**
- Conducting internal training sessions for service technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Providing valuable input to the product team to enhance product design for better installations.

**Working Hours**

Monday to Saturday from 8AM to 5PM, with OT if necessary.

**Workplace and Meetings**

The workplace is located at Eco Business Park V, Puncak Alam. The role involves close collaboration with the sales, production, and warehouse teams.

**Training and Support**

Comprehensive training for Dynamics CRM and ERP and detailed guides and manuals for blinds and shades installation will be provided.

**Expense Coverage**

All work-related expenses such as travel, accommodation, meals, and equipment will be covered by the company.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

**Experience**:

- Installation: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- GDL license. (VAN/LORRY) (preferred)
