**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation in the inventory team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Implement efficient stock management strategies to reduce inconsistencies and ensure adequate supply levels to fulfill client demand.
- Supervise, coach, train and motivate the inventory team to ensure the warehouse operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers & vendors.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Arrange and plan out warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Comply with laws, regulations and OHS requirements.
- Continuously look for improvements to operations.
- Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiency and manage expectations.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in warehouse management in the fashion retail industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
