Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Coordination**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.
**2. Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.
**3.Resource Management**:
- Assist in managing the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and timely procurement of necessary resources.
- Support budget preparation and cost management initiatives.
**4. Team Support and Development**:
- Provide support to operational staff and ensure they have the necessary resources and training.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
**5. Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of service or product delivery.
- Implement corrective actions to address any operational issues.
**6. Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of operational documentation and reports for management.
**7. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, HR, and IT to support overall business objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments.
**Requirements**:
- SPM, STPM or Diploma in related field
- At least 2 years of experience in operation, warehouse or related field.
- Dedicated team player with strong job commitment.
- Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel).
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
