**We’re Hiring: Retail Assistant**

Do you have a passion for helping others, an eye for detail, and the confidence to connect with customers in person and online? We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team and bring exceptional customer experiences to life.

**Location: Mid Valley / Pavilion Damansara / Pavilion KL**
**Employment Type: Full Time - Contract**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greet customers and provide tailored assistance throughout their shopping journey
- Understand products and confidently address customer questions and preferences
- Process payments, refunds, and exchanges with care and accuracy
- Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment
- Host engaging live-streaming sessions on the company’s platform to promote products
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets and enhance the in-store vibe
- Attend training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and service delivery
- Uphold all store policies and safety standards to ensure a secure environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive, customer-first attitude with great communication skills
- Comfortable with basic tech tools and confident in front of a camera
- Organized, dependable, and great at multi-tasking
- Team-oriented and eager to contribute to shared goals
- Prior retail experience is a plus, but a great attitude goes even further
