An order picker and packer is responsible for efficiently fulfilling customer orders by selecting, packing, and preparing items for shipment within a warehouse or distribution center. They locate items based on order slips or electronic devices, verify product details, pack items securely, and ensure proper labeling and organization for dispatch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Picking**: Locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves or storage locations based on order details.
- **Quality Control**: Inspecting items for damage or defects before packing.
- **Order Packing**: Securely packing items into appropriate containers, ensuring they are well-protected during transit.
- **Inventory Management**: Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining accurate records of picked and packed items.
- **Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Area**: Keeping the work environment organized, tidy, and adhering to safety protocols.
- To assist in any ad hoc assignments as required by the company, including support for weekend events.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Physical Stamina**: The role requires standing, lifting, and moving items throughout the day.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy is crucial to ensure correct items are picked and packed.
- **Basic Technology Skills**: Utilizing scanners, handheld devices, or other warehouse management systems.
- **Time Management**: Meeting daily or weekly productivity goals and deadlines.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborating with other warehouse staff to fulfill orders efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Effectively communicating with supervisors about order status and inventory issues.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
