Job Description 1. To assist and coordinate the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) program / initiatives include training and awareness. 2. To assist in the preparation of Project HSE Plan and ensure compliance with client’s requirements. 3. To assist in monitoring the implementation the company HSE Management system as according to ISO45001 and ISO14001 standard and the company procedures / guidelines by conducting inspections and audits. 4. To assist in preparing QHSE tender documents. 5. Issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for unacceptable deviation or deficiency in any HSE-related issue, which may be discovered during audits, walkabout inspection, or normal HSE reviews. 6. To assist in develop, maintain and ensure implementation of the Altus procedures. 7. Maintain good filing system for all QHSE related records. Job Requirements 1. Minimum Diploma in relevant Occupational Safety, Health & Environment, or any Engineering field. 2. Working experience of at least 2 years’ experience in QHSE scope and preferably in Oil & Gas / Logistics / Construction / Fabrication industry. 3. Technical sound QHSE knowledge with QHSE regulations and laws. 4. Knowledge on international standards ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001. 5. Computer literate & good interpersonal skill. 6. Good writing & communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
