**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
- Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate and promote beauty or skincare products to encourage sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive customer experiences.
- Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, attractive product displays, and stock arrangement.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the supervisor.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
- Support merchandising, product launches, and in-store promotions.
- Stay updated on new product knowledge, brand standards, and beauty trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed, and sales-driven.
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in retail or cosmetics sales is an advantage.
