**Position Overview**:
The **Protégé - RTW Estate Management Assistant** will support the estate and facilities management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of properties and assets. This role offers hands-on experience in a real-time working (RTW) environment and is ideal for graduates who are keen to build their career in property and estate management, operations, and client service coordination.

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related fields
- Or equivalent qualifications or training

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily operations of property and estate management including inspections, tenant coordination, and maintenance follow-ups.
- Support in preparing reports, maintenance schedules, and tenancy records.
- Monitor service contractors’ performance (cleaning, security, landscaping, etc.) and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Assist with property handovers, move-ins/outs, and renovation coordination.
- Help manage lease documentation, tenancy agreements, and records of payments or arrears.
- Participate in budgeting, procurement, and inventory control processes.
- Conduct site walkthroughs to identify defects or maintenance needs and ensure prompt rectification.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the estate management team and liaise with relevant authorities when required.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Basic knowledge of property operations, tenancy management, and facility maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of property management software is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and prepare reports accurately.

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
