The Role-based in Kepong
**BASIC JOB PURPOSE**
- To be responsible for ensuring carrying out tasks is under control and follow “SOP”

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receiving & Putaway of goods stock
- Receive and checks the number of cartons and the condition of carton invoices /PO / RA
- Unpacks checks quantity, and examines the condition of goods (for the executive/supervisor to prepare out-turn report for an insurance claim if any)
- To put away goods in the correct location

2. Picking / Packing
- Picks stocks according to the picklist
- To pack stocks have been checked according to procedure
- To ensure all cartons are properly labeled and placed at the designed bay for delivery

3. Supervises inward and outward movement of stocks to ensure procedure and correct documentation are followed strictly to minimize stock error and losses.
4. Ensures all documents are updated in the system promptly to maintain the accuracy of the information in the system
5. Developed and maintain effective communication and working relationship within department and other departments to optimize operational efficiencies
Updating of Inventory System
- Handle report and system tasks
- Ensures all data is updated in the system daily.
- Ensures the reports and documentation are well maintained.

About You
- Required skill(s): computer skills, MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in warehousing/Retail or related field
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Applicants must be able to work 6 days per week shift rotation.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kepong
- Applicants must be willing to work in a warehouse environment.
- Applicants must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays
- Advantages will be given if have experience working in a warehouse
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
