**Job Title**: MS Dynamics CRM - Functional Consultant

**Domain**: Cybersecurity | Finance | Data Engineering - Corporate Website Project
**Contract Duration**: 1-year renewable
**Work Mode**: Onsite - Kuala Lumpur
**Role Type**: New Opening
**Experience Required**: 4+ years

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with business stakeholders to **gather and analyse functional requirements** for **Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service** processes.
- **Design and document** end-to-end business process flows, entity relationships, and data models.
- **Configure Dynamics 365** entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
- Collaborate with **technical teams** for integrations, data migrations, and custom development where required.
- Prepare **Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and UAT scenarios**.
- Support **system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)** activities.
- Deliver **training sessions** and create **user manuals** for end users.
- Assist in **go-live preparation** and provide **post-implementation support**.
- Continuously **evaluate system performance** and recommend process improvements.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of **Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules**.
- Proven experience in **requirements gathering** and translating business needs into functional designs.
- Knowledge of **CRM workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps** (configuration-level only).
- Strong **analytical and documentation skills**.
- Excellent **communication** and **stakeholder management** abilities.
- Experience with **end-to-end CRM project lifecycles** is preferred.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,882.46 - RM8,000.00 per month
