Business Support Executive

Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Franchise Agreement Negotiation**:
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, outlining terms, conditions, and royalty fees.
- Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements related to franchising are met.
**2) Training and Support**:
- Coordinate and provide training programs for new franchisees, ensuring they understand the company's standards, operations, and policies.
- Offer continuous support and guidance to franchisees, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to operational challenges.
**3) Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
- Monitor franchisees' compliance with brand standards, quality of products, and customer service.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure consistency across all franchise outlets.
**4) Marketing and Brand Promotion**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans and promotional activities to enhance the visibility and profitability of franchise outlets.
- Implement national and local marketing campaigns to attract customers to franchise locations.
**5) Financial Management**:
- Oversee franchisees' financial performance, ensuring they meet revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Analyse financial reports and provide recommendations for improving franchisees' financial performance.
**6) Relationship Management**:
- Foster strong relationships with franchisees, addressing their concerns promptly and maintaining a positive and collaborative partnership.
- Act as a liaison between the franchisees and the company, conveying feedback and ensuring effective communication channels.
**7) Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and adapt franchise strategies accordingly.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in franchise support, operations management, or related roles within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with franchisees.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with franchise management software is preferred.
- Knowledge of franchising laws, regulations, and best practices is advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
