We are seeking a skilled **BIM Coordinator** with experience in coordinating and preparing **precast concrete shop drawings** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed BIM models for precast concrete components ( walls, slabs, beams, columns, stairs, etc.)
- Generate accurate shop drawings and production drawings based on design and coordination inputs.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design intent and constructability.
- Maintain model and drawing version control and support project-specific BIM execution plans.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in BIM modeling for precast concrete systems.
- Proficiency in software such as **Allplan**, **AutoCAD**, **Tekla Structures**, or similar.
- Understanding of precast detailing, production workflow, and erection sequencing.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively.
- Experience managing a team and reviewing BIM outputs from other modelers will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
