- **Allocate clients** to available Sales Associates based on their needs.
- **Address client inquiries,** including questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and positive manner.
- **Represent the brand** with a polished, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- **Support the team** by contributing to sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- **Stay organized and tech-savvy** to manage client flow and related tasks efficiently.
- **Provide exceptional service** with a passion for luxury and attention to detail.
- **Communicate clearly** in English and Mandarin (as required).
