**RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **
- Manage all the inquiries regarding our products and services through our platforms such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc by replying to them in a proper manner.
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere whether through an online platform or in-person.
- Answering incoming phone calls, answering questions and provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs as well recommend possible products or services to achieve their satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promos and discount that offered by clinic from time to time. Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively as well addressing concerns as they arise.
- Update statistics (Stats) inquiry form. Maintain records of customer interactions and documentation if needed.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and refer any issues and questions to team members if necessary.
- Take extra mile to engage patients and other related task as assigned by your superior.
- Daily posting on social media - WhatsApp status & Instagram story.
- Google review, take a patient photo & video as well other task related. (Only if necessary)

**REQUIREMENT**
- At least 2 Year(s) of relevant experience is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, any related system, etc.
- Resourceful and able to communicate effectively with staff, doctors and patients.
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision as necessary and good problem-solving skills.
- Clinic Operating Hours: 9.00 am to 8.00 pm
- Work on Monday to Sunday
- Off Day on Weekdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
